Baby Spinach -1 bowl
Onion 1 thinly sliced
Whole coriander seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Carom seeds 1/3 tsp
Anardana 1tsp
Salt
Fresh corriander chopped green chili 10-12
chili powder 1tsp
Chili flakes 1tsp
Kasuri meethi 1tsp
Besan 1cup add accordingly later

if she is only making for her family then this video would Not have been Uploaded. she could have worn gloves or used a fork/spoon to mix. Her family should be concerned about d dirt in her nails getting transfered to d food they eat. not only that but her clothes color, design were horrible, d utensils looked cheap & trashy. & d recipe was Nothing out of d ordinary. worthless time waste video.
