I’ve got to get back to making my bed and getting dressed for the day regardless if I have meetings or not. I work from home too and have kind of let go of a couple of my at-home standards. Thanks for the reminders that our routines really do matter and set us up for a more successful day. I’m looking forward to more of your routines and work from home/professional content. Waking up early makes all the difference. I always feel like there is a little bit more time in the day when I get started early. I enjoyed this style of video!
I'm def getting back on my 5/6 am routine. I work remotely as well and I have been slacking lately.

I just want to let you know I subscribed to seconds into the video off the intro alone! I also know that waking up early is literally the key, I’ve done it before but I fell off because I had a hard mental week. how do you get the good morning to come up on your lock screen?
I think it comes on because I set my sleep schedule/focus mode and when I turn off the alarm it pops up. You might need the newest iPhone update.
