Your step-by-step instructional video sold me on your Sigma Six short shifter. Your seemingly step-by-step instructional video on this pin sold me on that, as well. Unlike the Sigma Six video, however, it neglected to mention the need to remove the center console to get to the darned thing. So, in the context of your TH-cam offerings, it could be considered somewhat deceptive, although I'm sure unintentionally so. How did I assume it would work then? Well, actually, I didn't. I was so taken by the clarity of this presentation that I failed to stop and think, "How does one get that darned thing out of there, anyway?" Your apparent answer is, "I should have known." Perhaps that true. But, writing as a new customer, I'd suggest that such blame-shifting doesn't inspire a desire for repeat patronage.
Is there anything else you would reccomend doing while you have the center console turn apart?
Is it possible to break the stock pin if you attempt to shift after an alignment without undoing the locking pin in the trans itself ?
