The space movie I'd want to see is an adaptation of Liftoff. Crunching those several years into a well paced narrative might be difficult, but gosh what an awesome climactic few scenes it'd have.
I feel like the origin of SpaceX is also virtually unknown by the general public, so could be good for that as well.

For the what if? question, I always wanted to ask an astrophysicist or someone in the planetary sciences: If Mars or Venus was an Earth like planet habitable and everything, would the space race have ended or would we have had people on those planets by now?

"If we could add a 0 to Isp..." ...we could do a Mars mission. In a single stage. That's like 10x the deltaV for every single stage, meaning a F9 booster could launch, land 100% propulsively from orbit, no aerobraking, then do it again, carrying payload both ways, before needing to refuel. Sadly, that's also kind of physically impossible, we are already deep into the last percent of theoretical efficiency with chemical rockets.

Did you guys know you were riffing on Apollo 12 on the 55th anniversary of its launch, or is that just a coincidence?😅
