Back in ...1999-2000 they had these kidnapping commercials that would teach you not to talk to strangers, not to get into the car with them, etc. My dad told me to watch them with him every time one came on.

Really like these videos, some very powerful clips. That lady at the end kept saying it was only a second she was gone and in that second both her baby and vehicle were taken so easily. I am a father of 4 and I often teach my kids about strangers and what to do/not to do. This video brought a realization that no matter what we tell our kids, there could be someone so convincing and deceitful that our children would believe them. I am going to talk to my kids more often about these type of people, the best way to prevent this is to have eyes on your kids at all times at park or in public. Thanks for the video Joe. Raise awareness. We have to protect our children.

When we were younger my mom gave me and my siblings a “secret word” which meant if someone else had to pick us up from school because she had to work a bit later or something then she would tell the word to the person that was picking us up and then the person had to say the “special word” to me and my siblings and if they got it right it meant that she had asked them to pick us up (obviously all this was before we had phones and we could text her)
My parents woulda beat my ass as a "social experiment" after I left that car or house😂😂😂 They trained me from very young.
