The matter is already subjudiced under cooperative court but still awaiting for the final order.lets hope for good as other members are indifferent and reluctant to understand the gravity of the case until they suffer...
In most of the re development project what builder do is first they check for the people of the society who are troublemakers and then they bribe the society committee to take care of them and this is how most of them fall for this vicious cycle, but to our advantage we have the channel of Krishnaraj sir, where we are allowed to raise our voice, Don't take a step back and directly file a complaint against the committee members of fraud then all will start listening to you , I did the same thing and it worked for me.
Write a letter to the CM, with CC to Deputy CM, and PM..
