      A local? Well, since so many folks from Nova Scotia moved to Massachusetts back in the day (1947-1950's), me being an anchor baby born in Boston (1949)....and spending every summer of our growing years in Tidnish.....I feel like a local. I appreciate your video because it reminds me of how much things can change even in Amherst. Being a retired US Army Military helicopter pilot, I just never appreciated the nature of the terrain in the Chignecto Peninsula, never understood Ketchems attempt and how we used to walk his trail.....now at 70, one yearns for those years so long ago. I will always feel like a local. Thanks for asking.@@MaritimerMitch
