This video covers all of Highway 104 (TCH) westward between Truro and the New Brunswick border. It takes us through the Cobequid Pass and its toll section.
Wow! The last comment was 4 years ago! I was playing "You-tube Roulette" and found your video. As a man who has literally crossed Canada at least twice (St. John's to Victoria), I have found that each section of Canada has a "feel" all its own. You have captured "Mellow Nova Scotia" - rolling hills and easy driving - thanks for posting!!!!
@ALuimes Generally, no, but if there is a wide enough shoulder I think it's allowed. It's usually this busy traffic-wise, sometimes busier. Unless you take the backroads and older trunk highways, this is pretty much the fastest and only way in and out of the Halifax Regional Municipality. So, when you think about it it's not that surprising.
Actually, I'm wrong. I was looking at the NS bike codes and bicycles are allowed on all roads in the province unless otherwise marked. The only stretch of road bikes are prohibited from are portions of the 111.
Great video as always! Most of the way I kept looking at the central reservation to see if a barrier cam up.

@sc4portugal Thank you!
@ScrewdUPClickV2 Thanks man
You weren't wasting any time :) Passing everything nicely.
@ALuimes I do, but I don't know when :D Thanks for watching!

@cadmusdixon92 Thanks!
CptSchmidt, do you plan to make a video going east on 104 towards New Glasgow and Antigonish?
I'm surprised to see so much traffic on the TCH in Nova Scotia. There's a cyclist at 1:01. Are bikes allowed on NS freeways?
