The money part Harsha is talking about is so true in American football. When suddenly 20 year old are getting paid millions of dollars. Many are doing great things but there are yet too many going in the wrong direction. People in High school are now spending more time playing football than learning math. This does not happen to baseball because of the farm system, which is like First class cricket. Not so much money but makes you work hard to make a career.

4:15 how can you compare playing cricket while studying to playing the sport professionally, when you livelihood depends on your performances. If he commented on university level cricket then fair enough but he provides commentary on professionals. Can a cricketer who has left school without any qualifications, lecture a class of students about how they should revise for exams and prepare for lectures.
This is a very narrow perspective that u talk about.......Try understanding why people in cricketing world accept him abroad more so than in india ......And as he always says that he has fed on this arrogance of cricketers
Its only cricket in India that "require" commentators to be former cricketers. Take any other game in the world - be it football, baseball, basketball, tennis etc.. all the renowned commentators never played the game!
