I was just going to say (but he beat me too it) it was designed, printed and supplied by Chris at Radio-stuff.com. If you fancy one, i would drop him a line unless he has listed them available on his website now!
@@RobBob555 No idea, this one was supplied as per the video.... although i haven't shown the circuitry, or a Circuit diagram. so to say "this was designed by XYZ" is impossible to ascertain! Im sure if you were to contact Chris at Radio-stuff.com he will be glad to have a conversation with you about it rather than trying to smear him online before you know any of the facts :)
It's a pity that we have to do this, the Xiegus and other Chinese radios have poor filtering and bad DC to DC coupling circuits, hence all the Broadcast interference and Birdies 😕
Some radio need filter to get crap like that out. Good to see it work.
Hi, I'm glad you liked it. I did have the same trouble with my Xeigu which is why I built them. Also always nice to get some feedback. 73's M0VUE
Yes mate, it is superb!! Please carry on doing what you do, because it is honestly fantastic :)
That filter looks like a cracking bit of kit. 73, de 2E0DIJ
Yea, the Difference is ASTOUNDING! I honestly thought id made a mistake with the Xeigu, but an inexpensive piece of kit has sorted it... so well!!
Where did you get the 3d printed enclosure? Tnx and 73
I designed it.
