Such an important and educational topic.....thanks for sharing as it is caring..talking chemicals on the fruits and vegetables is no joke, when I buy fruits I not only wash, but peel the skins off.
love you guys for speaking care and such affection for the elderly, God will always shine his blessings and grace abundantly ❤

That's a good idea to peel off the skin. Most High bless you Aunty Shirley 🙏🏾 ❤ it's our pleasure shedding light to some of these things.

Blessings and love to you my family .....self sufficiency is definitely key. Living off grid is the ultimate goal. We appreciate you all sharing another great video. We know we cannot trust anything they put on these store shelves. It's all poison at this point. We give the most High thanks for the land He has blessed our people with and being able to learn the herbs, grow our foods and more.... and be a Blessing to our brothers and sisters. One love mi family ❤💛💚🤎🖤🇯🇲🇬🇭

That's right sister. There is a drought happening right now affecting some regions in Ghana so these are all signs we need to seriously prepare 1❤️💛💚🖤🙏🏾

❤ *Excellent video* Hurricane Beryl just passed through and I had 1 week without electricity and internet, it was an interesting experience. Hopefully I get to do some of those things once I get some land from the most High.

Blessings family thanks for the love. We would have to find out the local name but in Jamaica its called "Mist Bush or Jack in the Bush". We recently learned that our ancestors used it for many things like digestive aid, respiratory infections, skin irritations and much more. The English name is "Botanical roots". Guidance on your journey from Babylon 🙏🏾1❤️💚💛🖤
