I have to agree. I usually look for someone with Afro, Latin or Asian cooking if I want super flavorful food. Many people mistakenly believe healthy food has to be bland ( ex all the salad restaurants with dry, skinless breast meat). Chicken with the skin you make, without frying, is healthy. I do think rhe chickens should be raised in good conditions, but at the very least. Flavor can be synonymous with health. Thank you for the video!

Made 50 wings today using your recipe. I've never made wings a day in my life and these turned out crispy and juicy!! Just like any restaurant. Put a whole stick of butter in a pot and about a cup of Frank's red hot for a homemade buffalo sauce. My family of 5 really enjoyed and we are already planning on buying more wings soon to use your recipe again. Thank you!!! :)
I’ve made these 3-4 times! They come out perfectly! Yum! I used my own seasoning mix including smoked paprika! I’ve tossed them in bbq sauce, hot honey, garlic Parmesan, pesto!

Made this I don't have the baking tray you have but I used a foil pan. I didn't have lemon pepper I replaced it with chicken seasoning and it came out fire 🔥. I will be using lemon pepper next time.

I just made these wings tonight. They are absolutely yummy!! They're easy to prepare too and will be on my regular rotation. I ate them without a sauce or dip but I'm a bleu cheese girl all the way.
I just made these today. I used pastured chicken which are smaller and have less fat. This requires adjusting the cooking time and perhaps temperature. I forgot this and did not adjust. After 20 min at 425, some of the wings were charred. Next time I will do 10 min, and possibly go down to 400 degrees. After turning, I cooked for 10 min instead of 20. I'm so glad I did this because some of the chicken lost some juiciness due to overcooking. Another change I'd make is adding sea salt and black pepper. I did not use a packet of Sazon, but I still think salt is a key ingredient that really brings the flavor up a notch. Again, I always add salt even when a recipe doesn't call for it. This is a small change that really adds a lot of flavor. The wings were crispy and still very good. Thank you. There was an oven baked friend chicken recipe I followed a couple years ago that called for using Pam cooking spray. That was such an incredibly juicy recipe but I have searched a ton and can't find it. I found one but it's not it.
I buy Ken's blue cheese dressing and add 2ounces of crumbled blue cheese and add half a teaspoon of Herbes de Provence. You could eat sock with that dressing; wings look good. Thanks.

No you don’t have to you can turn it up while it’s already in the oven
