Hiya Foxy I've got a 2002 tabacco burst from the unsung plant its an amazing les paul it sustains for weeks the quality is unbelievable far better than the new ones its a guitar ill never sell take care mate have a lovely weekend 👍👍👍😎😎😎

@@FoxysGuitarShow The ones' I bought were from a seller (American seller) on Ebay for about $20.00 each and well worth the price. Very easy to set up and tune in. I'll send you the sellers' info as soon as I get it.
Hi there 321 and thanks :-) That's such a hard question. As far as I can see, there aren't really any bad ones. Some folk prefer guitars manufactured in specific countries and many reckon the South Korean guitars have the edge but the constructions are all pretty much of a muchness. Providing the set-up is good with the string height at 1.25mm at the 12th on the high E with no choking or buzzing, the only other thing to experiment with is pickups. A buddy of mine won't entertain Squier or Epiphone due to being brand conscious. Doesn't bother me one way or another but I do like Epiphone's open book headstock. Cheers :-)

I’ve considered changing the pickups but it’s a bit of a pricey investment for a casual player. Or I was thinking of selling that LP and for not much more than the pickups upgrade, could get a used Gibson LP Studio…

What notates the manufacturing location?
I have an '08 model and changed the TOM to a Roller TOM. Excellent upgrade !!
