How can I activate my environment? When I type python in cmd prompt, It says this Python interpreter is in conda environment but environment has not been activated

I did it exactly like in the video but when I try to open Anaconda navigator trough cmd I get this Message:ImportError: DLL load failed while importing QtCore: The module couldn't be found

Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases.

Go back to Edit the system environment variables
then, Click Go to Environment Variables
click on below (On system variables) then, click on Path then Edit
copy the C:\programm from your system.
Hope the above is clear enough to help.
