Yours are some of the best, to the point, yet useful, advanced FMC and tutorials. You assume we know the basics, but don't go on huge technical tangents that turn videos much longer and take our attention away, You've become one of my favorite along with Josh Beckett for learning the advanced avionics/plane mechanics in the sim! Keep up the great work!
Thank you for another interesting and informative tutorial. Clear, concise, easy to understand and the use of diagrams and illustrations are really helpful. You are a natural teacher!
As i mentioned on this video that the engines must be OFF and no shaking or any kind of movement of the aircraft, in order to perform an IRS Alignment. Cheers
Using the DC power for the IRS alignment will drain the Battery and it's not a good idea to do so , we normally start our procedure by first applying the electrical powerup then we proceed to the IRS Alignment.
@@yornav the initial electrical powerup can be done with either the ground power source or the APU , it doesn't matter which one we wanna use for the IRS Alignment.
in order to learn a real life B737NGX you have to go to school and have first your CPL with Multi engines IFR then after that you can do a type rating on B737NGX. So what i teach here is just for gaming it has nothing to do with real B737NGX. Cheers

I’m not getting the box….

@@FromStartupToShutdown Thank you!!!! This is my first study level aircraft and I love how challenging it is.
Great video, and thanks again..
@@Rah-know you're welcome, any time.😊
thank you !
Do you leave the IRU in last position?
What do you mean by leaving the IRU in Last position?
@@FromStartupToShutdown Sorry, I meant to say ISU. Do you leave it in the last position, "hdg/sts", or back to "ppos"?
@@h20dept123 you can position the ISDU Selector as desired , it has no effect on the IRS positioning .
How do I add the ils heading?
1:57 The IRS requires DC power, so no need to start up the APU to get it aligned.

@@FromStartupToShutdown ok, thanks for clearing up. But what when you’re connected to ground power?
