We know from Neuvillette that Furina has always taken the prophecy seriously, and she's been gathering intel from across Teyvat searching for a way to avert it. He also mentioned that this may be the "conundrum" left to her by Egeria. So it's very possible that she herself doesn't know how to stop the prophecy, but she can't admit that publicly, lest the people lose all hope and incite mass panic.
2:19:30 every time i see question "what is Clorinde gonna do?" i wanna say "she will put button from her chest on that door" it is really strong button imo, im sure even Neuvillette not needed 😂

Cy Yu. The "Tower" that is above water that you saw the other day has nothing to do with the "prison." The Fortress of Meropied(i can't spell) is completely submerged underwater and is touching the bottom of the sea. Also, Childe's Hydro Vision is still lit. It isn't grayed out like Kazuha's friend's vision. This shows he is alive. That is our proof. The question is "why didn't the Traveler use this proof?" Edit: By saying that the "vision is still lit," I mean that Childe's vision still has the Hydro symbol.
Childe's Vision isn't lit. The description of his Vision literally says: "It appears as if Childe lost control of the Elemental Power within it before. The Vision has lost its glow now that its owner has left it behind." A Vision loses its glow if the user dies *or* if it is removed from their person. Example: Every Vision that was embedded into Ei's statue lost its glow. They only lit up when everyone placed their hopes and dreams into the Traveler.
@@mistman_161 pretty sure they mean it's "still glowing" as in it isn't dead and the color is still visible. There's an EXTREMELY obvious visual difference between Kazuha's friend's vision (which is entirely blank and greyed out) because he's dead, whereas Childe's is just paler and dim because it's inactive.
Ah, right. It would appear that I done goofed. And so did the writers. Unless, the Traveler has a reason for not telling Arlecchino. I'll let them cook and see if anything comes of it in Act 5.
@@mistman_161 Could be that the traveler doesn't want Arlecchino to question why they have Childe's vision in the first place. Sure, Arlecchino is aware they are friends, but would she believe that Childe gave it to the Traveler of his own free will? Plus that would raise questions of why he did that in the first place, which would lead to questions about his malfunctioning vision powers, etc. Could be that the Traveler didn't want to open that can of worms, since they weren't sure how Arlecchino would react to it. I mean it could just be that the writers goofed and I'm overthinking it lol
If we remember back during Nahida's 2nd story quest. Nahida almost sacrificed herself for Apep in order to cleanse the Forbidden Knowledge plaguing the Dendro Dragon. What if Nahida doing that, would have resulted in her giving back that Authority to Apep? Just a thought for you all to have.
@@shadycactus6146 I'm positive both are separated things, the authorities are tied to The Thrones that are on Celestia and one of them has been destroyed by Foçalors.
@@shadycactus6146 The evidence would be on how Venti, Zhongli, Ei and Nahida still hold their elemental powers without the Gnosis, even if Venti and Nahida's origins are linked to their elements, it's possible that Ei didn't have any elemental power until the moment Makoto passed the authority over Electro to Ei when Ei found her at her last moments.
i know the chances of childe version 2.0 is close to zero but i would whale tf out if that ever happened. i already got him c6, it’d be nice to have a reason to hoard primos again for now i’ll settle for childe skin.. whenever that is

I think Clorinde is there for a few reasons: 1. Eyecandy for the starving masses who haven't had a new limited 5* Waifu since Nilou (and I'm not counting Nahida for legal reasons) 2. To shoot the button 3. To pull Wriothesley away should things go bad 4. To trigger Superconduct, which IIRC can further expand or refresh Frozen reactions with its AoE Cryo Reactions So yeah she's useful there for a few reasons.
2:39:48 Refresher course! Indemnitium is a source of energy generated by the Oratrice, converted from the absorption of the people's belief in justice. It is stated in the first Act to be the resource that powers everything in Fontaine.
I really think furina is an eidolon of the real hydro archon. And the real hydro archon is trying to figure out fontaines crisis. Even though furina doesn't have a gnosis, if she was a god she should have power. Venti can still create wind, zhongli can still save xiao in the chasm, ei can still control the weather of inazuma, and nahida can still read the minds/enter dreams of people in sumeru Excited to see the next patch!
I'm a little confused, because I'm watching the same archon cutscenes as everyone, so how do WE the players know all this other backstory? Like how the hydro archon died in sumeru, I've never heard that and all this other story

Ei never used the Electro Gnosis and handed it to Yae. Later, Scaramouche used the Electro Gnosis to create a storm and it was a major energy source for the Shouki no Kami robot. The Electro Gnosis still contains the Electro Dragon's power, Ei didn't get any of her power from the Electro Dragon, she's simply that strong because she's a god and a warrior.
