Making your own custom puzzles is a great way to offer your customers something different and unique!
The best part about custom puzzles is they are super easy to make, and you can decorate them with almost anything.
This is just one of the many ways you can make money with a sublimation printer. Watch us make custom mousepads in this video: • How to Sublimate a Mou...
For this project we used a blank sublimation puzzle (colmanandcompa...) from ColmanandCompany.com and the Sawgrass SG1000 sublimation printer.
These puzzle blanks come in a two-pack and we were able to fit two family portraits on one sheet of the Tex-Print sublimation paper (www.bestblanks.... So when offering custom puzzles to customers you can retail them in sets of two!
To complete this portrait puzzle we simply heat press the printed photo onto the puzzle. The best part about using sublimation for making custom puzzles is it's a very fast and efficient process.

Hi Marius! For the puzzle we realized we were getting better results when the paper was down and the puzzle was up. With the puzzle on top, the photo pressed into the crevasses of the puzzle better. We would only recommend this method for the puzzle.
