Hiiiii! It’s definitely worth giving a shot. If you’re looking for job stability in the midst of the pandemic, CB talaga will offer you that. Unlike ESL (na minsan binabastos ka pa ng mga ibang studs na walangya), everyone treats you like a family talaga. In terms of salary, there’s a big difference even tho minor lang yung role ko sa CB. It’s better to start early talaga kesa mahuli, kasi nasa huli ang pagsisisi. Charot! Anyway, go lang po!

hi! you mentioned that getting paired with a client and working as a cyberbacker is the usual route and you can't apply for 'admin' positions. but what if you didn't include cyberbacker from your list of careers? will you still be obliged to work as a cyberbacker? thank you!
hello! usually if you have a specific position in mind and if you have the requirements or experience also to back up with the role you’re applying for, you’re more likely to be accepted into that position. For example, you want to apply as a web developer backer and you got all the requirements needed. There’s a higher chance that you’ll be paired with a client who needs a web developer backer or be scouted by the career team if ever the company needs a web developer backer. Hope this helps!

I did not pass my first initial assessment, the assessment which I took after filling out my application. I would like to ask for a tips on how to pass it. Btw, congratulations!
Actually, I too don’t have any specific tips because I thought I almost failed 😅 All I can say is be truthful sa mga sinasagot mo and do your best. Other cyberbackers also failed their assessment before but after giving it another go, they finally passed. Rooting for you po!
how did you know that you did not pass the initial assessment (Y-assessment)? in my case, there was no follow up e-mail whether I passed or not. However, I inquired in their official and they gave me zoom demand link.
Hello! I just finished my final interview a while ago but they said to wait 1-2 days. I heard a lot of applicants who got the results in the final interview mismo, does this mean na I have a lesser chance to pass the final interview? Hope you can answer po😭❤️
SKL, kapapasa ko ng final interview and waiting ako for the next step which is yung expectation call and gameshow. As for your question, before I took my CBPA my average WPM is only at 53 to 54, 43 ang lowest and 58 ang highest so far.

Ask ko lang po need na po ba ng NBI clearance bago mag apply? Kung hindi po saang part po hahanapan ng NBI clearance? Balak ko na po kase mag apply kaso wala pa po ako NBI hindi pa po ako nakakakuha sa ngayon gawa ng restricted pa tlaga due to Covid. Hoping for your response.
hello! as far as i know po, you have to cut ties with your job muna and hand in a letter from your head sa recent job before you can start to work sa cyberbacker. you can only apply po after handing in the proof of resignation or something po.
Usually yes. Even though you’re applying for non-voice, you still need to attend company meetings and team meetings which requires you to open your web cam po

hello po! on the spot rin po ata sasabihin kung di nakapasa. if nakapasa naman po sa initial, antay lang mga few minutes kasi magtetake ka na ng personality assessment.
Hala, okay lang yan! Makakaretake ra pa rin ba? At least may gist ka na kung saan about yung assessment. In my case, ang dami ko ring hindi nasagutan kasi naabutan ako ng timer and luckily I still passed ☺️
practice!!! i used to talk to myself in english before i had my interview. nagmomonologue ako kahit nagsasaing lang, parang main character lang ganern hahaha but for the interview, you can prepare naman some notes or keypoints para di ka masyadong ma mental block, but to answer your question, you have to be fluent in speaking english talaga. siguro sanayan lang kung naaawkwardan ka mag english.

practice!!! i used to talk to myself in english before i had my interview. nagmomonologue ako kahit nagsasaing lang, parang main character lang ganern hahaha but for the interview, you can prepare naman some notes or keypoints para di ka masyadong ma mental block, but to answer your question, you have to be fluent in speaking english talaga. siguro sanayan lang kung naaawkwardan ka mag english.

yes po, but sometimes there are cases na eemailan ka kahit di pa po lagpas yung 60 days for a reinterview
