i watched you guys rebuild the whoop section saturday. seat right across from them, are you guys just letting the bucket float across when your back dragging or is that manually done?
It's manually done so they can drag dirt and pack it down for a smooth finish.

Track and races were awesome Saturday, the mid-practice pipe-addition didn't make the video, but that was some slick work!
The transponder stoped working for some reason, ama couldn’t figure it out. Sometimes the power going to the finish line messes with the transponder mechanism. So we relocated it to the bottom on the finish line.
Where’s A-1 2020?

once about every 20 years....
@@mulisha0351 they probably have half a dozen jobs open every year....it is hard to maintain a family when you are on the road for 6-10 weeks at a time and then get a week or 2 off...most of the guys look young and not married with a couple of older guys who's kids are old enough to understand that dad is out making the bacon and many of them are probably divorced...I did this for the army I was an equipment engineer and did a lot of tank trail and road maintenance as well as drainage and shipping equipment for deployments loaded and unloaded ships... Id go from one base to another doing all types of work with all types of equipment and its not an easy life for rasieing a family thats why shes now my exwife and I work in a factory in our home town to be close to my kids

Only 6 of us. I’m the only one with kids. But I have an amazing family that under stands I love what I do. My sons 4 and Indy was his first sx. He like the fireworks the best 😂😂
@@coreyarnold4949 well I have a handful of those myself and understand the struggles my boys to enjoy indy and most of the other tracks with dirt and asphalt nearby...you dont have other teams for other dirt events?

need to use weight in the buckets to pack it better.a full bucket of dirt works wonders in the cat skidloaders. we used full 55 gallon drums to keep the front end down going up the faces
Travis George you can’t pack it too much, otherwise the wheels just spin and your left with hard packed dirt with burnt rubber. Their suspension is so much more stiff too, it doesn’t give much. I think...
What r u gonna do just carry full buckets of dirt around so u can pack it tighter. Then what when u have to backdrag over the jump. We have 7-10 mins max to fix the track. No time to get dirt pack the jumps then get rid of the dirt to back drag.

no my friend we use 55 gallon drums full of water. easy to load and unload by yourself
never need to get out of the machine.

I am a rider and a heavy equipment operator. not picking on these guys just saying it helped me pack the faces of the jumps to eliminate deep ruts.

Safety is priority, also what’s best for us to fix with the amount of time we are given.

Depends on the dirt. Sometimes we float in reverse sometimes it’s by feel.

It’s not brand new but it’s always nice equipment. It’s not hard switching equipment brands.
Also we get equipment at each place we don’t travel with equipment
