Taking a second look. This is such a beautiful home and two great views of a gorgeous marina. I like what you said, "...I would discuss it with my wife and that, of course, would be the answer". Good man !
I like this house better than the one on the marsh. I wouldn't worry about snakes so much. LOL! As for the debate about the two masters, the bottom master would be for guests, and the upstairs master would be me and my husband's. Such a beautiful house and I envy the person who lived in it and who will buy it. I love the views of the water the best than the first house I saw with the marshes in the back yard. I can lounge around, reading a book, playing on my laptop and drinking my iced tea and look up occasionally and watch the yachts slowly pass by. What a life!! I'd love it!! You did a really good job explaining stuff and showing stuff, but were there places you couldn't go because there were things around some corners that I wanted to see? I know you couldn't go into the office, but, offices never interest me, maybe my husband, but, I don't really care, but, I like to see every nook and cranny in houses. But, that's just me. :) Keep up the good work.
I agree, the clutter was detracting. Looks to be occupied only by a man/men. Wonder if it ever sold... I just saw it’s off market, but doesn’t say sold. You did a good job on video Richard, but seller should have had it staged. What do I know! Only what I expect to see and what appeals to me. Good job anyway Richard. Love your videos!
@@lucylou5955 well, you are right. I've read lots of articles about how to sell your house, and one of the first things it is said to do is get rid of all clutter and personal pictures. Clutter being the main thing, and then painting in a boring beige or tan color. Where I live, there is a part of the city where the extremely wealthy, like the people who live in Wexford, live, and I like to see what's for sale in that area sometimes, and OMG!! The decor looks like from 1980's with MAUVE plaids, or florals decorating every room!! Might have looked good in the 1980's but, it doesn't look good in this century. Or they have some really weird color schemes going on in the house. I used to go looking at houses about ten years ago just to get out of the house and see these magnificent houses I wouldn't be able to see otherwise, and you should have seen people leave immediately when the decor was dated like 30-40 years with colors like burnt orange, avocado, pepto bismol pink and of course the mauves and the mauve/ green decor. I guess the owners didn't want to add an additional couple of hundred dollars painting the rooms neutral colors, but, it kept their houses on the market for sometimes two years and price reductions. This house had the neutral colors, but, the clutter could have been cleared a little, or put in the basement/garage that we didn't see. Its nice to see how much you can put in the closets, but, its another thing to see it. LOL!!
ProudKansan08 I agree with all you said. Additionally, owner should have had someone come in and stage this home. Owner had terrible taste in decor‼️ Who would pay that kind of money for a home like that, but do such crappy decorating...😩 It’s almost sinful😩 LOL‼️ Apparently not their priority. It did not show well. Richard does a good job with his home tours though, I enjoy them.
Jim, I've noticed that many front doors squeak and sometimes, the bigger the door, the greater the chance that it will squeak. It may be that they are heavier - not entirely sure.
Beautiful home
This home is top of the line for sure. Beautiful!!

Hello, Julie. Follow your dreams.
Need to be staged , too much cludder
Annie, the house is occupied. I appreciate the permission to make the video. I think that many viewers enjoyed it.

P.S. Perhaps the guy’s wife got a divorce, and that’s all she left him with 😆‼️
$2.7M homes have front doors that don't squeek
