Hi Bruce, I noticed in the background that you have your welders covered up with towels or something similar, I purchased some inexpensive, clear PVC, sewing machine dust covers, which fit perfectly over my welders, I got them from eBay. The ones I purchased were 16 x 12 x 8 inches and they are great for keeping dust off when the welders are not in use.
Thanks for the tip Thomas. I'm just using some old T-Shirts I have in my shop for shop rags. Your idea probably looks better than mine but I had them so I just decided to use them. :)
@@DIYHomesteadProjectsDIYHP10 thanks for the reply Bruce, I have no doubt your old T-Shirts do just as good a job as my sewing machine covers, I was just letting you know what my solution to the dust problem was. 😀
Just got a 1/3 horse die grinder for the house to clean up and sharpen old tools and stuff. Bout to dive down the rabbit hole of flap discs and all the shit. I got some harbor freight surface conditioning pads and sanding discs now, they aren't bad but I know they can be better. Use 3m cubitron at the shop and those are no joke, but too expensive to use at the house for fun
Benchmark abrasives has a patch they call the "daily grind" except it just says Benchmark Abrasives on it. And they sell them for $6. So I can pay $6 for a patch to advertise their company and nothing else. Give me the patch........for starters. Maybe I'll display it.
