ASMR for people with SHORT ATTENTION SPAN (8 seconds)

- Someone asked me when I would make a new ASMR video for people with short attention span, making triggers sounds that last more or less 8 seconds. So, I tried to make a new one. I was a bit sleepy myself already when I took this video and took a shorter video than I thought but it's still more than 30 minutes, so I hope it will help you to sleep, study, focus or concentrate on whatever you need to! :)

I think you don't have to have ADHD to get bored easily (in my case I have ADHD but in other cases it's only getting bored easily of certain sounds)
The Average attention span of a Human nowadays is lower than a goldfish so its not surprising

As someone with longer attention spam, some of these sounds were way to good to only have them for 8 seconds. Do longer video with some of these same sounds, they are too good for only 8 seconds.
