I have ONE issue with this, and one issue only. It's too short.
It's the TV Size version. Probably because the only off vocal track was made for the TV version and not the full version.
+Satoshi Matrix that's bullshit. All of the "Slayers" tracks were mainly sung by Megumi Hayashibara (Lina's voice actress) and they're actually full songs, not just openings and endings.
Correct if this was the full version it be like God mode.Its still awesome just wish it was the full version

So many people forget this anime! I'm so glad to hear someone do a great, accurate rendition of it! This is as close as you can get to singing translated lyrics without messing up the beat of the song. I love it!

Well these guys had the balls to call it lame emo poetry. They were lucky to be already dead or I woulda Dragon Slaved their ignorant ass into oblivion!
With incantations like that I have to imagine Lina was somehow part of the source of Megumin's clan lol
I admit, I had my doubts, and have even attempted a proper translation myself. Not only did you get the tone and translation pretty spot on, the lyrics flowed very smoothly. You have my respect!
Milky's part is AWESOME. She's exactly like Lina.

This is outright one of the most underrated shows ever lol. Lina is so no-bullshit and just gets it done no matter the cost.
This is a really obscure anime, from what I know. Knowing someone made a dub of the opening so long ago is interesting. Knowing it was the person who went on to make the best English rendition of Digimon's Butterfly is just perfect. Great cover.
Obscure is selling it short this changed the comedy style of fantasy anime for a decade yes in the west it's basically forgotten however if you bring it up at a con with an older anime fan they'll likely know exactly what you're talking about
Slayers is wonderful and this song does it justice in my opinion as did the person who played Lina's voice. I have rarely been impressed by english renditions of anime openings but you truly have a wonderful gift

How ironic. Milky became Rei Hino/Sailor Mars. When monsters rampage in Tokyo, she does go and take them down.
And Rei is also a gifted and talented singer. Whenever the time comes and there are no monsters around, she performs at concerts.
