I think its never luck. Its always about how you do things strategically. Someone who got it within 50 application had better strategy and plan to attempt compared to someone who got within 250 application. Luck is nothing, but a situation which a person himself works and creates by doing things. I dont think so, we should ever give a name of Luck to someone's success or achivement. There is always a hidden hustle and planning towards it. ✨✨✨

Your Confidence is Amazing ...but i want to say one thing ........In India there is Exam Called UPSC ....in youtube there so many IITian start using the word when the unable to crack the UPSC after 5 to 6th attempt ...i have seen many IITian in my group before UPSC they say exactly same thing what you say ...but when they stuck by 5 marks or in Interview than they say Luck not favors ....same with the case of H1B lottery system what strategy will you use in lottery system ....another point how can you justify one child is born with Mercedes without any strategy ....another child who born as beggar or underprivileged in her Mother hand where she asking pennies by knowing every car window plus Child also hugging her mother without knowing the future suffering
