كانت النقلة الصحيحة للاسود بدل النقلة الاخيرة Qg7 هي ! QC7 تمنع التقاطع بالملكات وتحمي بيدق الاسود وتمنع تقدم بيدق الابيض في b8 وتهدد البيدق في a5 ، ولكن اذا لعب الابيض a6 ثم Ka8 تنتهي آمال الاسود بمنع الابيض من لعب ! b8=Q,
لعب نهايات دقيق من كارلسن،
