Yessir. Probably gone by now to be honest (the yellow perch anyway). Whites should be in the susky any day now I would think. Yellows Should be up in Gunpowder at Jones Road soon too.

Surprisingly, I can catch some pretty big perch up here in the summer also. But I'm usually watching those smart snakehead swim by at low tide that time of the year lol.
Lol, I love my perch, but they’re admittedly a stand-in until Snakehead season hits in earnest 😁
I’d like to find those big yellows during the summer, but that’s work I’ve never really put in to learn that summer yellow perch game. White perch, yes, but not yellows.

Man it was brother. Curious if they’re still there in the river or if they’ve done their thing and moved on. I know some have spawned. I’ve seen the eggs on underwater timber.
