I'm Lili and I'm in Michigan. I'm newer to preparing for a variety of scenarios. I appreciate your approach. I can't can my own foods, however I do freeze food and buy canned foods. Hubby has certain favorites so I've stocked up on what I know we would normally eat. We started getting our scripts a few days before we run out and get refills when we have a few tablets/capsules left. This way we can have a little stockpile of our meds. Thanks to you, I have a few ways to cook if needed (indoor/outdoor). I even rounded up old blankets n comforters, all in one place. We have a regular generator, we're saving up for a solar generator. It feels good to have these things in case anything happens. Have a great day!
Hi! Another interesting video. We used to carry cotton thread and sewing needles. They are useful if you have to stich deep wounds.(Clean with alcohol first). The pliers, used for removing fish hooks, are useful for clamping off blood vessels. I've severed two vessels and these are invaluable. If you severe an artery you may just haves seconds, and this gives time to tie it off. Of course it's probably best not to need to use them, but stupid accidents do happen. Well best of luck everyone. hope your election goes smoothly.
My family & adult sons have always been into being prepared. I’ve made a few Xtra backpacks for the unprepared. My neighbor is sight impaired & I enjoy helping him & more of my neighbors are on board with being more prepared 4 whatever emergency comes are way. Great video 💞🌻
Hi Tori, I got the Westinghouse 296 Wh 600 peak watt power station along with their trifold solar panels two years ago and used it many times. They have the best warranty and great customer service. I use a Trangia alcohol stove for cooking inside or outside and a twig stove for outdoors. I'm stockpiled for when the SHTF on election night. I think either way it goes things could get nasty.
@@MountainMommaLiving I chose the Westinghouse brand because they're a reputable company that's been around for 150 years. I found the price to be better than other brands that recently popped up I've never heard of. The 600 watt won't power a refrigerator or a heater but they make bigger ones. The price was right and meets my needs.
Good day. This is just my 2nd video that came up, and I did subscribe bc I just loved your personality and the drive you have. I think thr translation book is a a VERY good one that I've not heard mentioned anywhere else. You mentioned a whistle and I think that's such a great thing especially for children . You never know, in a hustle bustle situation, they could easily wander off or may be close by and are frightened. Can't wait to see more of your videos. Helping others is something we all should have a heart for, and the ripple affect of a kind gesture spreads. Julie (Kansas City)❤
A lot of people here in Europe think for a long time. War is what most people here think. I live here in a rural area. In general, people here are not short of space. For example, I have a large supply of kerosene for cooking in the summer and also have lamps that work on this. In the winter I cook on the multi-burner, which also keeps it nice and warm inside, of course. Grain and the like are readily available here and have a hand mill for this. With this I can also grind coffee, I have a lot of this in stock. By the way, these are green beans and still need to be roasted. Normally I do all this electrically, but in case of an emergency I can also do this by hand and roasting coffee in a frying pan on the fire. I've been grinding my own flour for bread for a while now because they have plans to add insects here. I am also working with plants that you would expect to be inedible, such as quinoa, amaranth and Jerusalem artichoke.I also have a lot of seeds, but because I was very sick I missed out this year. Too bad better next year
@@luminarygoddess8642 It's not about it being cheaper. It's the protein transition. No more meat or dairy products. So it's about getting rid of the farmer and food comes from a factory.
@@henkrepko2903 how horrible that is exactly why everyone has some sort of ailment or issues, I am all for insect protein and foraging ect, but not in substitution for real food products especially for profit 🇨🇦👋
The eating insects thing is the most mocking thing these Luciferian powers that be want to do to us. They think we are cattle and treat us accordingly. Insects obviously are not meant for human consumption. Why do you think the thought of it literally makes most people cringe. It’s our body telling us how disgusting and bad for us that they obviously are.
Thanks for this list. I'm on the same page with self-defense. In the light category (17:02) I also (in addition to candles) use vintage Aladdin and Rayo kerosene lamps.
Hey friend . I appreciate your informative video, I am right along with you in my preps. I have a basket with extra food for neighbors in case they need it. I want to say that I admire how dedicated you are to your viewers. I am sure I can say for all of us that we know you have alot on your plate. Now I am speaking for myself when I say that I watch your videos because of who you are. I can see that you are authentic , hard working, great mom and wife. You are not sold out to sponsorship!! I understand that you do and will have sponsors. But its not excessive. I know for myself I don't trust content creators who sold out to many sponsors. It feels like they are just into the money. I hope I am wrong but I doubt it. Hey looking forward to your next video. Praying that your move is SMOOTH!!
Don’t forget that water is #1, and having an atmospheric water generator can really help if you can get one. But even if stocking up isn’t easy, just do a little at a time with what you have. Trust that God will provide, and remember He’s always in control and watching over us.
These comments are the best. I do love ❤️ you, Americans. Most of the solar generators come from China. Chocolate is a nice addition to emergency preps x
Amazing List. Yes 💯 Agree that everyone needs that alternative shower item especially when the power has been knocked out in places in US for weeks at a time..that would be without Air conditioning and sweaty and uncomfortable so for comfort and cleanliness..this in my mind is something I believe would be just as handy as an having an emergency alternative toilet system.
Hey girl how have y’all been good I hope on mres you can buy low sodium ones and they are 14 in a case instead of 12 too my grandsons love them at my off grid cabin for a quick meal and they have the good long spoons
Hey there! Hope the weather is cooperating ❤️ appreciate you watching, the translation book has come in handy so much recently when we lost power and I wanted to chat with some neighbors
hey there, great video, got a question if thats alright? I heard most solar power generators use Lifepo4 batteries or lithium batteries! With the recent news about solar stuff exploding in lebanon, i was wondering, are there any with safer types of batteries, i fear EMPS you see! I do have a mission darkness faraday bag though!

You made my night, thank you ❤️❤️
Activated charcoal, but wood charcoal I believe can be used in filtering water, so that’s multi purpose 💕😊

Insects in the flour for bread? That sounds awful I mean if it is a choice fine but just because it’s cheaper is ridiculous.
