I Would love to see mikes restored to its former glory. It’s my local track(thornhill is my other track of choice,but mikes is way closer), and where I discovered off-road rc Racing. We are working to bring it back after flooding and other misfortunate events took place over the years. We actually all donated 25$ towards another wall,about two days ago,so I’m super excited for that! Love the vids,keep it up dude --David C.
I used to live about 4 minutes from Mike's. I watched the World on Road Races there I think in 2008 or 2009. It was waaaay too hot, I think it was the middle of July, might have even been August. They actually had to make the track bigger for that to be help there. It is kind of strange seeing the European racers all using sticks instead of wheel controllers also. There was a German racer who was TQ going into the main. It was a 60 minute main and his first pit stop his crew support spills nitro fuel all over the front servos. As soon as the pit was done the driver hammers on the throttle and the car takes an almost 90 degree left turn into the pit wall destroying the front end.
Great video 👍👍 I really like this type of video. I tried it but kinda sucked at it lol. We raced at our new local track today. Last minute decision we decided to run the main in reverse diretion lol. That was fun. You going to Thornhill for the Pro Series?
I want to go but haven't ran it passed the wife yet. Vlogging is a lot harder than it looks. Its part of the reason why i do it. It takes me out of my comfort zone.
