That spring latch on the black n orange beauty is what I had suggested to you when you were doing your fender skirts, I knew you’d love the idea once you got to see it for yourself, Gus are having an amazing holiday, well deserved ✌️😎👍🇳🇿
Fantastic video Jolene you really captured the feel of it all. Chad was really enjoying himself and the people all genuinely happy you’re both there. The young boy excited to share his car to Chad. ❤❤
I had a 1937 dodge coupe that was my grandfathers car, but my old man decided he wanted a Jag instead and sold out from under me =/ it was perfect and all original, I will never forgive him for it.
Greetings from California, just a comment that 54 Chevy needs a split six with dual pipes to the rear. That’s what I got on my 53 Chevy truck and my neighbors love me.
I think the Australian people are so damn laid-back and cool 😎 !! I could live here and really enjoy it. I do believe. Once again, thanks Chad and Jolene for taking us with you ! ✌🏼😎💯🍻🍻🥇🥇🥇

Should of brought nate with ya. That black rat rod is beautiful without the snack bar in the middle and a super rear suspension with a working clutch😮😮😮😮😮
I built a hot 202 for the EH panel van I had 1980 - 82. With a 2.78 ratio diff and a 3sp all synchro gearbox it pulled 95mph in second gear, never tried it out in 3rd gear as it only had drum brakes, lol.
Chad there is a beautful 34 tan 4dr 100% original 1 in kitchener ont. U can drive it home. Mechanical brake correct engine. Original paint and chrome. Stored inside its life. Solid and beautiful. It is same sedan. Clydes car had a moulded trunk. Otherwise is same. I think it can b had 4 25 k
Well .. at 9:55 I put on Captions so I could understand the Aussie better. The Canadian guy translates perfectly captioned .. but failed completely with the Aussie dude .. the captions looked a drunk Irishman speaking pig Latin.
@@DanSmith-cb5vj yeah I thought he was going to forget him , but that boy wasn’t letting him go without seeing him as a Transformer, good on ya young fella and Chad you made his day, I love that stuff , kids are our future
Amazing video, you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires
Chad, please ask the Australian guys why they owe and drive so many 4-door cars? Is it because of availability or family runner or ??? I am really enjoying your trip to down under.
Availability has a lot to do with it although practicality comes into play if the owner/builder has a family. We had tri-five Chevs available here new, but only the six cylinder four door version, manual only, no auto boxes.
Well the long story is that Australia is still a very young country only being founded in 1901, after WWII everyone was focused on having a family so they naturally favored the 4-doors. While they still had a market for performance two-doors, there was a bigger general market for giving 4-doors the muscle car treatment, so people could enjoy the performance of a 2-door and still use it for family duties. And so as a young hotrodder in the 80s and 90s you had an abundance of old 4-doors from the 50s/60s/70s you could buy for practically nothing, and still have budget left over to put big block V8s in them, chrome mag wheels, wild custom paint etc and so it became it's own thing.
we are a much smaller (population) country so back in the 50's 60' 70's the focus wasnt so much two door sports cars. unfortunately we also had a very conservative minded government so we didnt get big blocks and all sorts of other fun stuff either
Even the Aussies have no respect for Fords with their Chevy Engine in the Iconic F-1 pickup. If I was to put a 289 or a 351 Windsor in a 1957 Chevy The world would come apart. But I worked on those 1957 Chevrolets in 58 through 62 changing their poor mechanicals (plug wires, brakes shocks, generators, valve jobs, starters, water pumps powerglides, clutches, 3 speed manuals, rusted out floor boards and front fenders and yet here they are a vintage collector???????

Top car club. This is what you want. Jolene get in front of the camera. You will enhance the branding and you business model will explode.
You need to get back to the young fella that wanted to show you something he’s waiting very patiently…
✌️😎👍🇳🇿
And he did. Patience is a virtue. For the young lad and yourself.

I had a a HD wagon 1978-80.
The Utes are Butes!
Chad, ‘goes like the clappers’ is Aussie slang for goes hard.
Please don't mutilate classic cars. To me they are like works of art that can't be replaced. You are talented enough to create from scratch.
.😊😊😊😊
There's a 47 too. I had a 47 Fleetmaster sedan and a 48 ute.
Sorry it's a 46.

The reason Indian Larry did that is because it's his right to be able to choose what to do
