- With the Culture Clash at the Burnyard Bash looming, we knew the G35 Sedan project was going to need some extra juice. So we ordered some juice... a lot of it. Via a Vortech Supercharger in a box. That's SMOG LEGAL. That may not mean much to 49 states in the union, but to us? That's a big deal. Because we need to be hitting the streets with hoods flying and exhaust popping. Literally.

You should do like a "hoonigan origins" and everyone that works there talks about how they got to work at hoonigan.
They did a similar segment called "A Beer with", but I think the only Hoonigan team member they had o was Hert, but that was a damn good episode
If you go and look up podcasts that have hoonigan in them you can find some where different workers talk about what they did in life to get them to there jobs.

Facts
Ghost Wolf Gaming basically any type of forced induction powered by the engine or “belt fed” is a supercharger. What was shown in this clip is actually called a pro charger which is basically just a belt fed turbocharger

The g35 needs more episodes
IT needs the get a working cooling setup get a tune, raise iT abit and fix the exhaust and tegen schred iT on a track or what ever
Coolant swirl pot, mishimoto low temp thermostat/ radiator, clutch fan delete to huge eletric, new silicone hoses and a bottle of redline water wetter solved all my over heating issues. I also cut holes in my radiator support and ran the pop charger intake with a z tube and vented my high side crank case to atmosphere and low side pcv side crankcase through a catch can then to atmosphere. Engine runs so much cooler now I don’t even have to turn on my electric fans unless it’s a hot day or driving aggressively. Mornings ECT stays under 183 no fans 😎 Super cool build I’m doing some more upgrades/ maintenance then I really wanna get the vortech kit and tune too! Cheers

Why does that supercharger look exactly like a turbo?
This is a centrifugal supercharger, and not your typical roots style supercharger.
Yeah because the design of the compressor is the same as a turbo but its belt driven
Cuz its a procharger
Turbo is exhaust driven, supercharger is engine driven. Design of the compressor has no bearing on it.
You're probably thinking of a Positive Displacement Supercharger in terms of shape, but you could typically have a Displacement SC or a Centrifugal SC, and basically the difference (other than obvious shape and position) is the overall air flow produced I believe.
