for tiredness if you do decide to take iron supplements id also recommend making sure you're getting enough vitamin c with them or else your body can't absorb the iron; holland & Barrett sell the two in one as a supplement :) x
Which TH-camrs do you watch for cozy vlogs? I’m loving these ❤ For energy iron, B complex and D vitamins help me so quickly, but I always forget to take them too. In summer electrolyte drinks could also help especially if you’re exercising.
I love watching Meg Hughes at the moment and also Devon and Willo. Both of them are introverts and film cosy, homely vlogs which I love to watch 🥰 Thanks so much for the helpful information. I will definitely need to start taking vitamins and electrolyte drinks 😊x

glue dots from hobbycraft are the best for sticking stuff down in the scrapbook! they don’t cause mess and are so cheap

you can get them in a refillable tape dispenser like a white out applicator too from discount stores in the craft area :)
