If I’m not mistaken, due to FAA regulations it’s illegal to fly over people (unless consenting), or moving vehicles (at all, no matter if consent is given)
@@infinite.destinations fair, it just looks like it at 0:36 , 0:50 , 1:14 , 1:29 , 1:40 , and 1:44 , though I’m not accusing you so don’t take it that way, it just looks like it. Also just out of curiosity because it wasn’t in the description; what drone are you using? I’m planning to go to OC soon with my DJI mini 2SE
Some angles look like it, but it really isn't. The same way some angles (maybe not in this video, I am not sure) look like the gimbal / camera is pointed 90 degrees straight down, but it's really only 70-80 degrees downward. It's sort of an illusion. You can transition over roadways as long as you're not directly over them or hovering. And with people, as long as you're not hovering and in motion, you're in the clear. I have my Part 107, or else I wouldn't be able to post to TH-cam.
Love this place. Thanks for sharing!
You're welcome. Thanks for watching.
Wow beautiful!!! This is an innovative video that captures the real deal of Ocean City. I love it!!!
Thank you so much!
A 76 year old isn't nowhere close on 3 pound dumbbell side bend or 5 pound dumbbell side bend because she's not even 140 pounds or 130 pounds

It is illegal to fly DIRECTLY over non aware or consenting people. At no point in the video, am I exactly above anyone.
Or any vehicles either.
