Every conversation is recorded and it’s the humans (or in most cases human robots) recording data in this computer simulation. They are also making fun of people who bring cameras and video recorders to concerts and how obscure and even mundane it looks, like a guy recording a video while being filmed.
@076walrus what's important is that the song moves you, inspires you, draws you to be on stage with them. Personally, i've been to a lot of concerts, i've seen a lot of bands, few of them pour as much of themselves in to their music as these guys, that's clearly evident onstage. It makes each song they play that much more meaningful to them, and me.

@076walrus exactly...IMO their truest fans most likely never heard them on the radio before because real music isn't played on the radio anymore, it's all commerical bullshit...the first time i ever heard them was in live concert and i was hooked since...i didn't even know who TMV was until that show but i walked out the doors of that venue with a new favorite band forevarrrr :D
