I love it when someone has the balls to take on the format and style of a good old school 2D platformer and give it the modern graphical treatment with all the trimmings. You would think this would happen way more frequently but it's like people forgot how to make video games feel like video games.

I kinda suck at games, so before buying it I just like to know if it's approachable by people who are not good at games. Thanks, brother.

great list of games. Shantae is amazing, I really want to find a copy of Pirates curse. I hated Shovel Knight for the first 2 hours. After getting afew upgrades and figuring out what I was suppose to do I ended up liking it.
I just looked and yeah my copy is older too. You will need to update the game on PS4 to get the free additional games. But yeah there is a version out there that has it all on one disc I think.

How do you enter specter knight game, i have shovel knight for ps4 but its not anywhere to find in menu?
I think you might have a slightly older version. They made a version with the other game included on disc. It is available right from the main menu.
