Panasonic refrigerator PCB BOARD repair NEEDED EMERGENCY
Dear friends i have Samsung refrigerator and the motel is RT29K5030WW , the fridge when i plug in the electricity ,is working well,and everything is fine,the lights in pcb is working well, everything started working well,my problem is PCB is not getting signal from sensors defrost, to pcb electronic plate,to give time break for resting the compressor,is working with no stop,so when is working long time (about 6-8 hours working,is giving me a signal,in pcb,10 times that my compressor having a problem and is stop working, like is have to be , everything is hot,i have checked all's the defrost sensor up and down with multimeter in k oms,and the compressor also with multimeter, and everything is fine,i think something happened with pcb,is anyone out there, can give me any advice, what happening , where is the problem ,i can not found,is anyone from experience now something ,to give me where is the problem , many thanks reading my problem

Hi, I have checked everything on your video and all checks out except 1 thing, I am not getting 12v on the low side. I am only getting 6.9V. However I am getting 4.5-5V on the output of the regulator. I have tested every component on both High and Low side. The small relay on the board clicks twice and the ref. and compressor turn on for 2 seconds then shuts down. The relay will then click twice and start up again and basically repeat the cycle. I unplugged everything from the control board just incase it was being overloaded by something else, but it does the same thing. There seems to be a component that is crashing the system. Do you have any suggestions?
A Samsung inverter compresor could ne noisy because of the malfunction of (ipm)pcb?
May be possible, but havn't seen one with too much noise.

I have got a samsung american style fridge freezer
The colling fan for the coils near compressor is not working.
There should be 12 volts power coming in that socket but there is not and there is no problem in the fan I checked the problem is in the pcb board which is not providing 12 volts.
Can you please help me which element to change in the pcb board will solve the issue please

Could you please figure out how much current or wattage the led port on your board is able to take? I'm wanna boost the light in my fridge but don't know the limits. The led port is running at 12v on my fridge.
Dear, I don't have the board right now, Because I gave it back to the Customer after I repaired it.
If you exceed the current limit of the LEDs
they will burn out --
Generally, the LEDs have a consumption of 1 WATT
If you make changes and push them beyond their limit
you will cause them to burn out
Best leave them as they are - unless you want a headache later
My samsung rt 47 is dead after 1.5 years later. 3 days later automatically running the freeze. Then 1 years later deep freezer fan not running. So, not cooled properly. I checked fan and sensor. Both are ok. Which parts are working for running fan to the PCB board ?
Doléances où une proposition de ma part et si c'est possible faite faite le suis preneur et dite moi combien cela va me coûter ,dans ma ville où je travaille sur les appareils électroménagers la plaquette qui alimente le Motor Inverteur frigorifique n'existe pas ,les frigos sont gâtés et abandonnée et si vous pouvez m'aider à avoir la plaquette ah se serait une bonne affaire ,je peux l'avoir à combien avec quel quantité ( le n 50 ou cent)

How to check all the possible faults by using multimeter?

Great explanation ! I am currently working on my Bosch pcb. The surge resistor, flat blue disk and a rectangular capacitor of 1 uF was burnt off which I've replaced but still no power to the compressor. The board has relays which could be faulty. I will continue to repair with the hope that the processor chip is not faulty.
The compressor not getting power, what could be the problem?
The control board could be faulty.
My exact same motherboard works for a few minutes then sudden power loss. I removed the two blue film capacitors and measured them...one is 0.22uf and the other 0.47uf and both measured under 20uf. Do you think these would be the sole problem of power loss after several minutes? Or is there also another component possibly responsible? Most components if busted will stop the whole motherboard, but mine will start again after I unplug and replug again...but then die before the compressor even gets warm.
If the capacitors have got weak, replace them with a new one, if it starts working then well and good and if it does not then you will have to check the board as I have told in the video.

Nope Because every company and brands design the control board according to their needs, but the basic components which works in the control board are the same.

I bypass all the crap, put a 220 to 15v transformer before the rectifier and voltage regulator. All working now. No problemo.

Dear, I don't sell motherboards right now, you can check its prize online. The microcontroller is known as the main IC of the pcb, if it goes bad you can find the ic in physical form, but the program in it is encrypted from the company it is made by. And it is very difficult to decode it.

Customer vomplaint is Comprossor 5 minuts working then compressor taking then high amps going to off condition, board also full dead condition, then not automaticly restart , when we swith off 2minuts then again board will on condition comprossor also on condition, but after 5minuts comprossor going off condition not automatily restart please give me solution sir thank you
