Camel Cappuccinos 🤣 Country looking epic after the rains, that bird song in the background, the white gums ❤ May the track continue to open smoothly before you 🙏🏼🌿
I noticed some small melons near one f the water holes. Was told years ago they were called camel melons. Now you’d be the man to ask. Love your videos. Great work both of you.
Nice work Luke. Those boys are so calm and serene. They're gunna be awesome on cable beach... Loving that country. Stay safe stay connected 👍 many blessings to you all 🙏
Keep it up! It’s not just the camels that impress, but your walking too! You look like you are just cruising it, but I know it must be pretty tough going at times. Drove across from the Meekatharra Rd to Gascoyne Junction, via Mt Augustus a few years ago, via station tracks. Some great country ahead of you. Love to the 7 of you.
I wish you were trecking past where i am 1.5 hrs out of newman. There is a 3 year old orphan camel at work and need him removed. Iv tried ranger, wildlife rescue, no one can take him. He would love to join the camel train 😢. I love all your videos. Safe travels 😊
Yes please !! Thankyou so much Luke , are you able to catch him on site? Then u are more than welcome to take him to a good home. I don't want him shot just because no one can catch him. Thankyou so much. Can I give u my mobile number please? I'll send u pics.
Don't think I'll be able to get down to Newman way we heading north from Ashburton but I do try n trap them when coming for water it's the best way so they don't get stirred up, I can get your number if ya need some help there
-23.169806,118.729095 this is location of camel luke. I'm about 1hr 40 mins west of newman. I am happy to even drop him to you for free if I can just get a professional like you to come catch him. The mine won't let me catch him myself.
Lots of them out there can be scary in rutt time the will want to fight or try join the trip but pecking order will be tested there will come across them at some stage will take it as it comes but nothing like a wild bull camel in camp at night
Another good one Luke, could you give a run down on your personal equipment some time, rather than the Camels I'm curious about the miles put on your boots, what's your theory on personal attire and things carried on you etc.? Thanks guys I'm loving it.
You should head up to the Kennedy ranges and grab some Mookaite for me mate, fist size lumps and I'll pay the pistage for it. Excellent flintknapping material. There isn't much good quality stone in Australia that's why the Aboriginals used a lot of hardwood spear points.
Depends on the camel but some bulls never wear out plenty of energy in them more about consistent work so they understand the job camels can work year in year out with not much rest but some days off especially after stoney country they seem to appreciate
Great job Uncle Slish 🤙
Following along from here in Canada Luke, enjoying the ride along , Cheers mate .
Camel Cappuccinos 🤣

Paddy melon was believed to be introduced by the original camel handlers, rarely have I seen a camel chew on them
@@lukecampbelladventures Thanks for the speedy reply. All the best.
Love the flies, sunrises and camel cappuccinos Nundraskis. Epic country. Keep up the fine work team!

Thanks brother love the content 👍🏼🙂😁😁
It's amazing the size of the hooves on that camel at the rear of the pack. Mud Terrains I think they call them in 4wd language.
He has some huge treads for sure no sinking in the sands there
Awesome
Green pick, Gasgoyne River AND camel cappuccinos by the bucket, no wonder the boys are rearing to go!
Love it, travel safe you two 🙂
So good to be up this way now and yes the green feed has them firing we cutting through station country now and the country is unbelievable
New sub 😁 It wasn't long ago I learnt about how many camels we actually have in Oz. What happens when you run into wild ones?

Will do in the future just keeping it basic for personal gear but some new boots would be good soon

We cutting east of the Kennedy's now but always have an eye out
@@lukecampbelladventures awesome
How many km a day do they need to walk to keep them calm?
Depends on the camel but some bulls never wear out plenty of energy in them more about consistent work so they understand the job camels can work year in year out with not much rest but some days off especially after stoney country they seem to appreciate
Camel cappuccinos hahaha!
Could open a cafe with this liquid
Did you have technical difficulties mate, I started watching the video earlier and it disappeared 😂😂😂
We did mate but up now
When are you going to teach Moonji how to carry a person? Then you won't have to walk all the time.
He will get his time I like walking, riding with a team gets mundane prefer the lone bull for fast travel in the saddle
@@lukecampbelladventures you are amazing mate. I respect you so much. You really put in the hard yards.
