Strawberry Flavoured Ice Cream Ingredients
150g Strawberries
625ml cold milk 2-1/2 cups
q cup whipping cream
4tbs caster sugar
2 tbs condensed milk
Strawberry food colour is optional

ائس کریم بنانے کی خاص ہدایات
ائس کریم بنانے کے لیے ٹھنڈا دودھ استعمال کریں
وپنگ کریم اگر میٹھی نہیں ہے توپسی ہوئی چینی استعمال کریں
کریم کو بیٹ کرتے ہوئے اس چیز کا خیال رکھیں کہ پانی ٹھنڈا ہونا چاہیے جس میں اپ نے باول کو رکھا ہے ۔
اگر کریم ٹھنڈی بیٹ نہ کی تو اس میں سے ائل نکل ائے گا
فوڈ کلر جو استعمال کریں اس کو ائس کریم کے ہی بیٹر میں ایڈ کیجئے.
ائس کریم کی فریزنگ کا ٹائم اپ کے فریزر کے تھرموسٹیٹ پہ انحصار کرتا ہے .اگر فریزر اچھا کام کر رہا ہے تو گرمی میں 36 گھنٹے میں یہ اچھی طرح سے جم جاتی ہے .
سٹرابری فوڈ کلر اختیاری ہے اپ چاہیں تو استعمال کریں چاہیں تو نہ کیجئے .
اگر اپ مجھ سے کچھ پوچھنا چاہتے ہیں ریسپیز کے حوالے سے تو کمنٹ باکس میں مجھے لکھ دیجئے میں اپ کو انشاءاللہ تعالی ضرور جواب دوں گی .
میری ریسپیز کو ٹرائی کیجئے اور اپنا فیڈ بیک دیجئے مجھے اپ کے فیڈ بیک کا انتظار رہے گا اپ کا فیڈ بیک میرا حوصلہ بڑھاتا ہے .
اپنا خیال رکھیے گا اور تمام لوگوں کا جو اپ کے اس پاس ہیں سب کا خیال رکھیے اور اپنی دعاؤں میں مجھے بھی یاد رکھیے گا اس کے ساتھ میں اپ سے اجازت چاہوں گی.
