Fish Biryani[BBQ Flavour]@homeandkitchenbylubnafahad6288

Fish Biryani Ingredients
200g White salmon fish
Make paste ⬇️
1 bud garlic
4-6green chilli
Grind these spices ⬇️
1 tbs whole coriander
1/4tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/4tbs dried ginger powder
1 tbs cumin seeds
3-4 cloves
1 small cinnamon stick
3 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1/2tbs carom seeds
1/4tbs mustard seeds
RICE
1/2kg basmati rice wash well and soak for 20 minutes
MASALA FOR BIRYANI
3 larg size onion diced
6-7 tomatoes 🍅 paste form
3 tbs garlic paste
1-1/2 tsp salt or add to taste
1tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Add rest grinder masala
1/2cup whisked yogurt
2 green chilli
1tsp kewra essence
Boil Rice
Plenty of water
Add salt
1 bay leaf
2star anise
After boiling the rice, strain the water through a sieve.
Now put a layer of rice in the vessel in which biryani is to be steamed.
Then add the prepared spices to it.
Now put another layer of rice on top of the spices.
Dissolve the yellow food colour in water and add two table spoons on top of rice and pour 1 tsp kewra essence.
Now we heat a coal, when the biryani is steamed, then we will smoke the coal, which will give you the flavor of the BBQ.
Place the fish pieces on the biryani while smoking.
This Biryani will be so delicious that everyone will be asking you for its recipe.
