    Ex cop here - 100% this guy is speaking truth. I’ve been there, framed, set up and eventually edged out of the boys club because I spoke out about corruption. I was very very carefully ‘managed’ out losing literally everything I’d worked for. Take it as truth, I’ve been there.

      So why aren't these people being prosecuted if there are decent citizens in the police . They won't hesitate to arrest you smoking a plant which historically hasn't caused any fatalities yet they are too scared to uncover the worst of the worst . Absolute hypocrisy. The police is basically a business, a business of incarceration and profit from that incarceration. How can the public ever trust an organisation that won't hold their own to accountability. I'm not having a pop at you or your carer, I'd just like some insight

      He's a solid guy. A hero in the sense that he won't let this sort of thing crop up in money grabbing newspapers. My former rugby 🏉 coach told us about when he was in cid n they interviewed this pervert n if they had laid a finger on him he would have walked so they got word to the prisoners n guess what? Two broken arms, result! Peter pervert Ball used to live not far from where I used to live. Dirty bastard was friends with prince Charles. I think they should reinstate the death penalty for sex offenders. If you're interested, there's a fictional documentary called the execution of gary glitter on you tube using reenactments of police interviews and real news footage and its basically a possible scenario of what it would have been like had the death penalty been meeted out to glitter. They hung him.

    My god, what a podcast, this is one strong man who has no doubt experienced horrors on a daily basis that none of us could even bear. His stories brought me to tears at several points in this podcast. As a parent though, we need to be reminded how dangerous the world is for our children and that this fight is not over.

    • @DirtyJamesUK
      @DirtyJamesUK ปีที่แล้ว

      The fight is nowhere near started. The Royal family are clearly very important in this evil ring, as are the media and virtually every organisation we're programmed to hold in high regard. The police. The Church. Childline!
      Business is the fuel for these people. The pursuit and love of money and riches instilled in us all to achieve more than our neighbour at any cost. We are all playing this evil game and the ones at the very top are exhibiting this behaviour and looking after the most prolific of paedophiles!

    • @DirtyJamesUK
      @DirtyJamesUK ปีที่แล้ว +6

      And it's BLATANT. The laws for such an atrocious crime are extremely lenient which has troubled many of us for many, many years, but we do nothing. Too many of us are programmed to keep our eyes closed and not believe this is going on. Most of us clearly want to trust in "the powers that be" being fair and moral. How many times do we have to see glimpses of their evil and/or association with evil before we understand what's going on?

      Me too....I had loving foster parents who were forced to hand me over at 13 months old to 2 wicked adoptive parents who harmed me. I was giving my foster mother every sign that I feared these people. She could tell. I later found out at 24.

    I work with adults who were abused as, boys and girls. Honestly, it's horrifying that their abusers are walking among us, bold as brass and people think the victims are liars/attention seekers. Parents, step parents, family members, friends of family, siblings can all be abusers and they are treated like the victims when their victims speak out. Everyone believes the abuser cos they are so "normal", charming and blend in. The kids have been traumatised and become trouble makers as they grow up, so are instantly discredited.

If it wasnt for people like you, with the patience, compassion and determination to support abuse survivors like me.many of us wouldnt be here today..From my experiences as both survivor and teacher I know only too well tnat many can be self destructive and appear resistant to recovery....Like me many are conditioned to believe they played a part in the abuse which is hard to live with...It takes a special soul to stand by our sides during our healing journey ... .So thank you Amy from the bottom of my heart..Folk like you literally save lives and I for one will be forever grateful...Godbless you Amy..

    At 18 I wanted to work in television. I was a college student. For a bit of work experience I managed to get to spend a day with a local news reporter and low level television personality. I stayed at his house, swept his garage and waited for him to come back from a reporting job. There was another younger man in the house who was pleasant and supportive. When I finally sat down with this guy he asked me the usual questions about what I wanted to do. Then he started asking me questions of a sexual nature about girlfriends and self pleasuring. I found this uncomfortable and he knew it, but he said that to work in television you had to be prepared to do anything and proceded to tell me about when he got naked on a narrowboat and jumped into a canal. All a bit weird. I am male. I think he sensed that I wasn't gay and was not likely to be easy to manipulate. We went out on a private production job and he pretty much blanked me for the rest of the day as if I was a nuisance to him. Nothing happened to me. A few years later the same television reporter was arrested for under age sex with boys and jailed. I am lucky, but the experience still stays with me.

    Ive just come across this video.
    I was a civilian working at the same workplace as Jon Wedger, about 8 - 10 ys ago.
    He gave everything to his Job.
    He has done so much for so many kids.
    He should be strongly SUPPORTED by the government, who control the Met Police...but it seems he isnt being....WHY?
    He's the perfect person to put in charge of a Main Unit, Stopping/Preventing Peodophiles etc.
    He should be in charge of a big unit.
    His bravery to speak out the truth, even knowing what he was going to be up against, can't have been easy, but he did what was right.
    He is such a good decent man.
    There are so many "Yes" Officers in the Met, scared to speak out, or if they do, they're outed.
    I suffered bullying in the Met & no longer work there.
    I will be following him from now on.
    Its shocking whats been happening out there re paedophilia & what is till going on.
    We need more people like Jon.
    He should be helped in any way possible.

      While I've seen at first hand the emotional and psychological damage that child sexual abuse does, and it's truly horrendous, to me it is bizarre that the _physical_ damage done to small - _literally_ - small children, by rape and sodomy, often involving objects, is so readily overlooked. Maybe it isn't in fact so bizarre - these are hardly the sort of gory details people want to confront over their cornflakes, after all, or to have their own children having nightmares about because of a discussion overheard on the radio. However when the physical aspect is swept under the carpet, it reinforces the idea that many people have, that, "Oh well, children are survivors..." And mostly they are, notwithstanding those murdered either as a result of the excesses of their assailants, or because "they know too much"; but while it is at least acknowledged, at least to a degree, that child abuse is a huge contributor to suicides, particularly among young adults, because of the psychological damage wrought, most people seem blithely unaware of the amount of people living stunted lives, forced to deal with crippling spinal problems, or who will never be able to have children of their own or are forced to wear nappies, essentially, or have to plan their day to day activities according to the availability of toilet facilities, because of the monstrous crimes of this human filth. These are ugly truths, but then, its an ugly business.

    Great interview James. Jon, well done for giving these victims a voice and justice, you are a hero. My girlfriend's sister was in a childrens home in the 70's and was abused. Some of the worse things that were done to her, she says are too horrific for siblings to listen to, so she has only ever mentioned some of the details. She said many numbers of people were involved in it, or at least allowed it to happen. I cannot imagine the hell and fear she went through.

The thing that stands out to me is this mans clearly got no agenda other than exposing the filth that bubbles below the surface of society. The mention re. the McCann debacle and especially the youtube interview 'embedded confessions' is note worthy and should be looked at by all, big thumbs up to all! 👍👍👍

When someone displays they are different, that person might not want the recognition but to the person that received the benefits from the person that was different, we are so alien to kindness these days its nice to let the different person know the kindness has been noted. I was an abuse sufferer and being treated at a psychiatric community hospital where families lived to treat the destructive and challenging behaviour of children and young adults. One day I was playing with a 5 and 7 year.old...We were clambering over a homemade hide out and as they wriggled under chairs I saw terrible scars on their lower backs... I reported it and the family disappeared the next day. I was told the scars on their back were birth marks......Mmmm..right...
