How about service and support? That is very important. Robot Lawnmowers are not cheap. Warranty is important. Also, RTK is going to be a thing of the past. Eyesight mowers are being produced. Very nice video. Thank You.....
Dreame just released the A1 with lidar. Very limited yard size, though. I figure I'd try out the X7. Don't mind the rtk may be on the way out, as long as it works for me that's all I care about.
Autmow offers basic technical support to our customers, but some issues might need to be escalated to the manufacturer's support team in some cases. Autmow offers service on most of our brands with the current exception being Mammotion as we do not have diagnostic tools or parts needed.
None of these TH-cam robot lawnmower tests show us how well these units work multiple seasons in a row. Like... How water-tight will the Luba be after 4 years? Will the device even be supported by the manufacturer as they release new products (or go bankrupt). As grass clogs in the Sunseeker Orion X7 mower deck, will the gravity-based floating mower deck still move at all after x years, and if it doesn't what can I do to fix it? These mowers are all quite expensive, so a home owner will rely on it working for at least 5-10 years, but none of the reviews can tell me how well that is going to work. I understand why it is the way it is, but it means most buyers don't really know what they are buying, as they only have seen the setup part and how well the mower is working the first few weeks when brand new.
As far as grass getting clogged now that I have seen a video on it I plan to use my leaf blower every week or so to blow out the underside vs dismantling. You are right no one knows how well these mowers will hold up over time, but no one has a time machine and if you want to wait 4 -5 years that is your choice. Everything is new once. I personally like the grand experience. Sunseeker has a 2 year warranty and it seems dealers are being added constantly so I am confident if something breaks and I can not fix it myself there will be a place to send it.
I have the Sunseeker Plus. Really like the hardware, easy to set up and map. Not crazy about the AP. Basic setting are OK but there is no good user guide for the AP so you have to figure somethings out for yourself or get support from Sunseeker who have been great. Very good under canopy which was one of my biggest concerns before purchasing and one thing that caused me to not buy the Luba2.
@@evac311 I have zero connectivity issues but I do have the Plus model. Unlike many of the videos you see on TH-cam I have a fairly complex lawn with nearly no straight lines. From my base to the farthest part of my lawn is 400 ft. Again no connectivity issues. I also have 3 heavily leafed trees that I mow under, again no issue at all. Mows my lawn beautifully once I found the right combination of height and cutting method. Probably different for every lawn. The only thing I am not fond of is the AP. Some basic functions are easy but some capability is hidden and only when I call support do I learn about them. I think my lawn is about as complex as they come but once everything is set up properly the mower does great.
I always love your guys information. Have you guys tested the Yarbo yet? I'm curious if it is a decent mower to try. I used multiple Husqvarna and am currently testing my first Luba 2.
We are planning on testing Yarbo very soon -- we are excited to receive all the attachment modules -- not just snow blower, but also the lawn attachment, so stay tuned for that video!
UPDATE! We only recently received the Yarbo M1 (mowing unit) and are currently testing it, but note there will be an updated version coming soon with new tracks more suitable for grass. We will continue to test and release our test results and new videos when we can.

Mammotion's after sale support is quite garbage
That is what I heard. Thank you.

You really didn't tell us squat
I have not had mine long but would be glad to answer any questions that I can.
What else would you like to know?
@@AutmowRoboticMowinghe told you - squat 😂
Thank you for this channel!

Just receiced my X7. Haven't set it up yet. Video mentions crooked mowing pattern and connectivity issues, how's it been for you?

I'm waiting for a low cut version.
How low do you need to go? The Orion will go down to .8 inches.
How about avoiding hedgehogs?
Most robotic mowers with vision or ultra sonic obstacle avoidance sensors will detect and avoid hedgehogs and other animals.

Totally useless. This is why you need to watch reviews from unsponsored reviewers.
