When I went on skiing trips with my school to Austria, we would always drive all the way from England to Austria and one thing I always liked was travelling through Germany (especially at night) along the autobahns and even being able to see the Allianz Arena from the motorway. Even the sound of us going past lorries was always nice to hear and looking at the empty autobahns at night along with stopping at German McDonald’s was always so nice. This video was so refreshing to watch.

For some reason driving sounds helps me concentrate working at home. Giving me a vibe of being outside but still within my bubble. Thanks for the great content and hope to see more!!
Well, as little risk as possible without a speed limit. The Autobahn's safety record is generally good, but not compared with the freeway systems of a number of countries, including the UK. This is surprising, because the vast majority of British drivers have never received any training on this type of road, since learners were banned from them until 2018, and post-test lessons have never been mandatory. Germany has some of the best-maintained roads and vehicles in the world, and the German attitude towards training is exemplary. With everything stacked in their favour, you would expect her drivers to set a standard that is head and shoulders above everyone else, but they just don't. Something is clearly wrong when they cannot match the example of a country of relative amateurs, and since there is only one major difference between the Autobahn and the British motorway, suspicion has to fall on Germany's use of unrestricted sections. Major studies by international bodies such as the European Union, the European Transport Safety Council, the World Health Organisation and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development have produced statistical analyses of the road safety performance of most of the world's countries, and although they all use different methodologies and datasets, it is significant that they all rate Germany as firmly in the middle of the industrialised nations - nowhere near the top. This is even acknowledged by Deutscher Verkehrsicherheitsrat (the DVR - Germany's own road safety council). _Pace_ my friend, but the notion that Germany is one of the safest places to drive is mere perception, not supported at all by hard evidence.
Even if the road is not packed, please follow our traffic rules and stick to the right lane when you are not overtaking anyone. You impede many people by driving in the middle/left lane slowly, even if you don't notice it
Wow! The views are amazing! I always love to be in this place. Germany is really awesome. I enjoyed the ride! Thank you so much for the effort on filming this :)

My mom went to Germany many many years ago, and she has told me that driving in Europe is very different from driving here at home. Can’t wait for the trip!!
as a police officer, I can tell you we actually do that from time to time. Because some people, especially the elder, can be seen driving like 90kph, and thus blocking the traffic and forcing trucks to overtake. Which can be dangerous.
Nice and relaxing drive, thanks for the video. But one thing, drive on the right please. 24:24 until 25:10 you are not overtaking anyone for almost a minute. If you are not passing a car within 20 seconds you are not overtaking and you have to drive on the right side. If you are not clearing the lane, you are blocking other people. In Germany we call this Mittelspurschleichen.
This is somewhat vaguely specified in the StVO (§7 Abs 3c): On an Autobahn with more than two lanes you may continue on the middle lane if there is "some traffic" on the right lane, hence the usual rule-of-thumb of at least "20 seconds" that you should be able to stay on the right lane.
