If the judges lied to get the job, they should be removed, no? The rest of us would be fired if we lied in a job interview about something important related to the work.
That means things like "ethics" and "standards" would apply to them then, wouldn't it?
It also means the people that appointed them would have to admit they were lied to, and also made a mistake? Can't have that happen either.
First of all i think it's very antidemocratic to get that much power for life...
The position of supreme court judge shouldn't be a lifetime one

Why do you want to cry? We have some of the most open abortion laws in the world. Roe V. Wade doesn't ban abortion at all, it gives the states the power to make the decision. Not to mention you can easily keep yourself from getting pregnant or getting someone pregnant all on your own.

Come to Sweden 😌 our government is not unproblematic, the seasons might make you depressed (decent access to health care though, free abortion rights too) and I had shootings two nights in a row outside last week but other than that it's really nice. Honestly my neighbourhood is beautiful

Gonna be honest here: I personally know no 3 year olds who decide to try and pull the steering wheel and physically attack the driver (their legal guardian) when they’re told they can’t join a dangerous event. Sure there’s probably kids who do, but even for 3 year olds that’s not normal behaviour!

There is in fact a constitutional right to abortion. It's called the ninth amendment and it basically states that just because a right was not enumerated in the first eight doesn't mean the government can deny it. So called "strict interpreters" always seem to forget this amendment while going full in to a murky interpretation of the second amendment.
Abortion isn’t a right according to the 9th amendment or anything else including natural law. So called “rights” are largely illusory and an abstraction which provides a sense of comfort/control in a people. In reality anyone who is incapable of total self sufficiency or self defense is not actually free. A “right” cannot be given per a request.

Overturning Roe v Wade only returns the right of states to make their own laws concerning abortion. That's it.

The original reading was whether the federal or state government had the right to "ask", contrary to the 4th amendment which protects the right to privacy. This supreme court has just nullified this 4th amendment right. Now is there something you don't want the government asking you about? Think about it, because this isn't "that's it"!

Next will they be coming for the FDA.. and we will all have to worry more about Food Safety!?! It's insane

My family and friends have always been into off-roading but they want to eliminate people having fun altogether.
