Sir, as per sec 80EEA Individual should have only one House Property on the date of sanction of loan but how he can get benfit for Deemed let out property and also he has loss from from house property interest of Rs 2 lakh is claimed u/s 24(b) and balance interest upto Rs.1.5lakh is claimed u/s 80EEA.... Top up loan you can take upto Rs 30000 only if it is for repairs and renovation
