While claiming interest benefit under let out category, I am not able to got more than 2Lakh exemption. It says amount more than 2Lakhs will be carried forward. How how can we claim entire interest expense of 3,50,000 in this year itself?
I have a question regarding rent
If a shop was let out for last 10 years including ay23-24 and now it remained vacant for whole year ay24-25 . No rent income recd
So for ay24-25 no income has to be shown in itr
or
to show notional amt ( as annual lettable value ) in itr .
( The same shop is again let out for ay25-26)
