Penn state is definitely the "evil empire" of college wrestling. Everyone who's not aligned with them wants them to loose but they keep on winning.

Wrestling can be predicted and analyzed by classifying it based on fighting style and position. We did the initial version of this classification in our channel with the science of kinesiology

There have been 2 main schools of thought wrestling from your feet the the control style where your focus is using handfighting and different holds to control your opponent and there is the stance and motion style where you are more speed to create the angles for shots basically its been basically john smith vs Gable style wrestling Cael created a hybrid style where you are using a collar tie and wrist control and handfighting to move your opponent while also using a lot of motion and footwork to get angles for picks low singles and outside singles it's very hybrid so they are pushing off their toes a lot and changing direction laterally that's my guess
