Thank you Chris. . .Thank You for listening to your viewers and bringing someone on the show who is talking about overcoming their struggles. I hope that you will continue to grow in this way. Don’t be discouraged by the haters. You’re doing a new thing. On a personal observation I hope that learn to tell yourself that you are good enough. It seems inconceivable that someone as successful as you would feel that way. But I’m trying to understand it! All that success can feel empty when you can’t look at yourself in the mirror and say “I’m Good enough, I’m worthy. . .I really like me!” Get after that Chris. . !😊

I really wouldn't mind sharing my own experiences if it would help others. It would be an honor to maybe one day be able to talk with you about my own struggles. Like I said, I'm not famous, but I do have a story. You have helped me through a lot, Chris!!! Immensely enjoying this episode!!!! Best wishes from Arizona 🌵🌵🌵🌞☀❤!!!! As someone who's been in stage 4 melanoma for a very long time (went to brain), cancer has been a gift to me. I try everyday to live in empathy, compassion and gratitude. I've learned through my journey that you NEVER know what someone is going through. If we all could remember this every time we come across a new human in our path they may be emotionally wounded or going through some struggle or suffering. Nobody gets off this planet without struggle and suffer. Love, compassion, empathy and gratitude will save our planet.... xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox ps... Humans through the collective consciousness have the ability to do ANYTHING. :)

Chris Como has now clearly benefitted from getting “released” from CNN. He has had to process WTF happened “to” him. Now it appears while watching this interview, it all happened “for” him.
Note: that concept is A Course of Miracles teaching:) That’s as he has turned this “big hit” & still rather raw pain experienced, into a healing “platform” to help himself, (as well as all viewers) process & further understand: how to survive & possibly even thrive, thru various losses.
The guy has also appeared to have turned his ego down a few notches, so seems far more heartfelt! So, hats off to you Chris. Listening to you & the talented guidance of our (beautiful inside & out:) Tyler are making this “a teachable moment” for all to watch and better comprehend how to move thru life’s obstacles. Amen 🙏 to you both!

I listened to Tyler Perry in your previous interview & I loved what he had to say & still do today. I can relate to some of his childhoods memories.
I agree men should grow up to be strong & testosterone filled. No questions to my opinion.
Though one point which I would love Tyler Perry’s feed back & answers with the kind of mind I understood he has & which I appreciate seriously. Or you Chris.
MeToo…. name which today has lost its meaning….I would love to hear that MeToo mothers, mothers of MeToo era and the Fathers combined from this present generation, need to educate their boys to become men with testosterones, but testosterone should not prevent from respecting women.
I do not see that happening truly. We fight for something which requires to be changed at the roots, what the cause of it all…is
The next generation of men started already….Once more …if you understood my point….I am lucky…Thank you Chris.🇫🇷🇺🇸

But I believe you need to enjoy the simple things in life and stop trying to be a fixer. See the beautiful in life and stay in the present. Have fun and let hair down and don’t be too serious. Pain and suffering is a part of life. Learn and acknowledge your experiences and lessons and keep it going. Above all inner peace is the key. Meditate and pray and leave there. Love you Chris

Suffering caused me to look at myself instead of others.....and what I saw was so ugly, I didn't want any part of what was. So I started to listen to my intuition telling me what to pay attention to such as books about self improvement....high frequency principals to repeat to myself daily, changed my ethics, Morals, values and standards. I've changed thank goodness.. it's been since 2015. Yes, it takes time.... your given lessons and if you learn you move on.

Thank you for the short on this so i cld back up and watch the whole original video.
Being a single mother, who didn't have a father in my home growing up, and raising a son, with his less than "agreeable" father figure, I can relate to SO much. And I can see it from the viewpoints of a fatherless little girl, the abused woman, the adult child still recovering, and from my adult son's perspective. There's so much I could echo, but you've said it already so I won't.
Just thank you for airing these topics. The big TAKEAWAYS - finding something bigger than ourselves to believe in, helping our children to have resilience, not attaching to our suffering but learning how to move through it, reaching out to others in pain, not being afraid to release others from our lives with love if they keep repeating the same offenses, and forgiving others and ourselves. And on that last point, Chris, it's easier did than done at times, but you said it yourself - it frees us up to be better to ourselves and those around us. Shame, blame and guilt keep us from being there 100% for our loved ones, in a NEW way. It's not like giving ourselves a free pass to go forth and keep doing the sos. Not at all. We can do it with the grace of God and with humility. It's a blessing and if we can give it to others than we sure ought to give it to ourselves. God knew we were imperfect in our humanity. Yet he loved us long before and will long after any of our offenses. Learn to look at yourself through the eyes of God. If He forgave you long ago why not forgive yourself? Just do your amends, if it causes no one pain, and take one step at a time into your future. Maybe you think some things are UNforgivable. If so, is there someone or ones you cannot forgive? If so, start there. You can ask God to give you the eyes that see how or if that person has also suffered. After all suffering is the great equalizer for us all. Then maybe you can forgive yourself as well. Peace!
    Best!❤

I agree with Tyler, sometimes we go through a rough period, inorder to come out to the top. The Prophet Job went through a lot and then he was blessed enormously. Job wanted to die in all of the tribulations he was enduring.

When my son died , the grief was overwhelming, and I had a pity party table for one , and I dragged myself out of the black hole and found myself a much better person who has so much more compassion, and understanding for what people are going through . It’s about the cards you are dealt, and how you deal with that hand. You will never be the same person , hopefully you will be a better, person

Chris. Thank you for bringing Tyler back again to talk about struggles. Love your Podcast and I gotta get me some free agent merch. I'd love to see you have your own network. Your podcast is truly who you are and your perspective and courage are really appreciated by the little non important guys like me who your voice presents so many of our personal concerns to the masses that would be discounted by our voices as insignificant babble of the underlings. You and your brother remind me so much of an Irish family from the 60's. Standing for what's just and right even against the powerful. Much love brother...

Yes, now we are getting to the good part. Looking behind the curtain and our similarities as we move through this human experience. Sharing the skills for getting through the tuff stuff and coming out better. That makes life so much more meaningful and fun. The happier we are the happier everyone can be because we are all connected and the core. 🌎💗 Thank you so much !!!
