Do Florida Fancy features stem from a similar root as chestnut flanked? I definitely have an FF male, but my female looks more chestnut and has the black teardrop. Is the CFW more dominant than the FF? Thank you for reading.
I never tried that pairing. These are two different mutations. So by rule some Both NG genders are obvious and due to co dominancy of FF some Single factor FF are obvious too.
Sorry .. NGs are not possible . If one Partner is Double Factor ( DF) FF then in its young all will be Single Factor ( SF ) FF. Those sf FF will be visually very much like NGs But by their slightly silvery plumage and little dilute markings you can differ them from NGs . If you will pair up SF FF to ISabel or any other recessive mutation .. then some will be NG and some SF FF again..

I found them same. Isabel + bb = pheo FFlorida + bb = pheo Both gives almost same results with BB mutation. The American Florida Fancy mutation is a co-dominant mutation that is an allele of the European Isabel mutation which is a autosomal recessive mutation.

FF is co dominant mutation CFW is sexlinked .
Yours FF is strong over CFW.

All youngs will be either Gray or Single factor florida.

What is the difference between pheo orange and Florida orange
I found them same.
Isabel + bb = pheo
FFlorida + bb = pheo
