I saw a snippet from this week's episode and Garcelle told the women that she doesn't trust some of them with her family, after what happened last season with Jax. Dorit's response in her confessional was something like 'It happened a year ago and she should get over it''. Right, like her home invasion....
I love how Garcelle said that she wanted to break the circle of how she was raised. I'm Hispanic and I see so many families raising their children and grandchildren the same way they were raised and there is a lot of ignorance on to many topics. We need to evolve not stay stuck. Wit my children I always try not to do the stuff that I didn't like my parents doing.
But discipline is important. That respect for your elders and environment is what is missing with a lot of white children, hence many lash out in terrible ways we hear about on the news. Children crave structure and discipline

@@juliomarques6741respect should be earned not imposed, and in our cultures we are raised to be obedient n not to question adults; this is why LATAM countries specially Mexico tops child SA. I was an obedient educated kid that I was not allowed to disrespect adults and those adults (pedos) take advantage of that. I rather raised a kid who knows how to set boundaries even thought the family n our culture will say he/she/they are sangrone/mamones than a kid what is so afraid to say no because they think that they’re doing something wrong. Children can understand if you explain them but in our culture is easier to use violance or conditional love, scare them instead of guide them.

Yes, I think as the children have grown up she probably feels a little lost and "not needed". She may have spent so much time raising the kids that she didn't see that Mauricio was busy. I hope they pull through as I do think they love each other.

I wish Crystal showed her business! Real Coco is a household brand! So annoying to watch others open a boutique just for a storyline, but someone with actual success In business doesn’t get to showcase it.
Well Sutton opened her boutique because she wanted to and had wanted to for years but her ex husband wouldn’t let her and hers is successful but Crystal may not bring hers up on camera because I think if it’s shown on the show bravo gets a cut because they are promoting it or they don’t find Crystal interesting so they edit her out
But she had to mention it here. The reason she is so irritating is her lack of self assurance.
Crystal can’t showcase her business, brand, or company because of the Bethenney Clause Bravo sneaked into their contracts. Bravo takes a huge chunk of their business if they advertise it on Housewives. That’s why she’s smart and won’t talk about her business on camera while they’re filming the show. After Bethenny’s Skinny Girl brand’s success, Bravo won’t let the housewives promote or even mention their businesses during filming without taking a cut of the business for themselves, and that’s a huge chunk of the profits! It’s better to keep your money in house if you already have a full fledge successful product and business model than to hand over your business to Bravo. You don’t need the extra promo and loss of profits if Bravo steps in and takes the earnings from your business simply bc you promoted it on Housewives
