She would need a lot lot of fat grafting to fill her face out which she has no where to harvest the fat from. That my take lol for what it's worth. I had cancer in my face and had a very large hole in my face that took many fat grafting, face lift, neck lift to repair my lopsided face so I have been through and researched a lot on this subject and how to fix it.
