Hello, sup. So you'll have to get a 4 year degree, then get a accountant manager job, and in the mean time they want you to work on your CMA? Every single accountant manager needs experience. So, do i need to get a CPA first, be a CPA for the 2 years and then get the CMA? I need to know what courses of actions i need to take to become a CMA, because i want a broad range of great executive positions. Like, controller, CFO, senior financial advisor etc.
Hi miss I am currently doing National diploma in Cost and Management Accountant so I'm wandering what the next step for me to take in order to become CMA?
Can CMA usa candidate who have extra knowledge of financial management cost accounting statistics probability financial risk management start their own business( manufacturing/hotel/ retail / fast food cafeteria)and become a finance manager of his/her own company?
Hi there! Say you have 5 years of corporate accounting experience and most likely will continue your career in industry rather than public. Would you recommend getting the CMA instead of the CPA? I’m eligible to sit for the CPA I’m just not sure I could get a an actual CPA to sign off for my experience.
@@TheAccountingStruggle I recently saw a company that validates experience so you don't have to be at the mercy of another CPA to validate your experience. I have heard horror stories about this part of having a CPA validating......
I’m not sure what that means 🥴 did you mean Nubian? Either way I’m definitely African but I grew up in America so I have never traced my lineage back to any specific country, I just know I’m Black ☺️
Showing your nails at the beginning of that is so inconsequential who wants to see that no one wants to see that you need to speak about your topic and stay on topic boy if you're the CMAs out there if you're a representation of them you're a joke
Hey Sis! Love your channel and your nails. Great video. I love that you are comfortable being yourself and keeping it real!
Thank you so much 🤗 That's all I can do
If one is not interested in going public should they skip the CPA and just get the CMA?
I would say YES.
Yes indeed skip the CPA if you’re not going public… CMA’s make more and for a technical standpoint they add more value to a business.
Im certified PMP with a background of health sciences Degree. And i really want this CMA so am i eligible to go for it.
A lot of jobs want a CPA. That’s really annoying when some of the jobs don’t deal with tax or audit.

I would still get the CPA since it covers more topics in scope. Also, would be helpful if you plan to go up to a C Suite level
